Today’s post is very fitting with the outdoor activities that I have been participating in lately. I’m living in Southeast Alaska at the moment and this place is covered with DEVIL’S CLUB!!! If you decide to go off the beaten path then you can expect to encounter plenty of this little annoyance. I once upon a time I remember hearing from someone that Devil’s Club can actually be eaten, so I decided to turn a negative thing into a positive and do some research. Devil’s club can actually be eaten and in some places people harvest it for food and it’s many medicinal uses. The article below is a great read and changed my whole look on this plant.
